Hayden Crites
Customer Service Representative
Hayden is our youngest team member and currently a senior at Shawnee High School. He is actively involved in both the marching band and symphonic band, and he also runs sound and lighting for school theater productions. In the office, Hayden assists with account updates and helps connect customers with the right team member for their auto, home, and life insurance needs.
Working alongside his dad has been a new and rewarding adventure, and Hayden enjoys learning the business while developing his customer service skills and helping people with their insurance needs. After graduation, he plans to attend college and pursue a degree in business, with hopes of attending The Ohio State University or Bowling Green State University. He also hopes to follow in his father’s footsteps in the insurance industry and one day possibly open his own agency.
